Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payments
Projects are normally invoiced in stages, agreed before work starts.
Final payment is due before a website goes live unless otherwise agreed.
Content
Clients are responsible for supplying text, images and other materials required for the project.
Delays in supplying content may affect project timescale
Changes
Reasonable revisions are included during the project.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Completion
A project is considered complete when the website has been approved and made available for use.
Warranty
Any issues directly related to the work carried out by Abricot will be corrected for 30 days after completion.
Intellectual Property
Once a project has been paid for in full, ownership of the website content and design created specifically for the client transfers to the client.
Third-party software, plugins, fonts and stock photography remain subject to their own licences.
Limitation of Liability
Abricot Production Ltd cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from website downtime, third-party services, security breaches, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
